Let's keep license change discussions to legal-talk. I suspect that whoever is doing this either just found "free" data and chose not to read the fine print or just didn't care once they had the data. Which license we are currently using probably wasn't even considered so it doesn't matter to this discussion.
My point is that there is *a* licence in place and, at least in spirit, it governs the use of our data. And it is being violated by someone who should probably know better. Google apparently knows better and chooses to abide by it - in this case by respecting it and (unfortunately) not using our data.
