IIRC, they dumped TeleAtlas about a year ago, in favor of a combination of 
PD and other cheaply-licensed sources. The quality downgrade was immediate 
and lasting. They hope that "the crowd" will correct it for them, but their 
editing model is broken enough to where I don't think that can happen. The 
sick thing is that it may not matter to their business model. Like many 
other things, you don't have to be good - just be there.
