Hi, As you can see at http://osm.org/go/eqf4RPyR4-- there is a lot of problem on buildings and perhaps other object. After discuss with the last author it appears his JOSM crashed when upload. I identified the changeset :
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/6938764 Now I'm looking for a tool to analyse this changeset to see if there's only deletion on it. If the changeset is compose of 100% deletion I'll look to do a revert on it.
