I recently saw a blog post about how one can embed maps from ArcGIS.com and that they have an OSM layer. What jumped out at me is that even though they manage to get the 'Powered by ESRI' text on the map, there is no attribution for OSM. I realize that this may be the responsibility of the person who created the map on this site, but I don't really see how one could do that.
