Yes, I think this may be a very useful additional resource, and I commend Mapquest for releasing it, but please don't anyone think about a global bulk upload. I just checked three UK addresses for towns I've worked in (ok, not a scientific sample). One was correct, one was ambigious and one was seriously wrong. The seriously wrong one worried me slightly: 1 Stafford Park GB Telford TF3 3BD 1 1 52696080 -2449940 A Google search brings up businesses with that postcode on the road: Stafford Park 1 (the number is part of the road name), so roughly correct. But the lat/lon corresponds to the Stafford Road, a road in the same town, but two miles away. So, I wonder where the user got the co-ordinates from. Seems too much of a coincidence just to have misread the co-ordinates. Typing the road name into their TomTom, and choosing the wrong road?
