From the same author as OSM_Live comes KHTML (www.khtml.org) which has a nice live visualisation as well (click on the "ticker" button).
Also, a KML based project which has sadly not seen activity in the past ~3 years: "OsmAware", http://code.google.com/p/osmlab/
