Aldo, The sys-admin team is likely asleep right now (it's pretty late in London) but the basic thing they'd be likely to say to you is that the OSM official tile servers are not a good choice for commercial applications.
There are heavy usage restrictions on them because of limited resources. A better choice for commercial users is to use a commercial tile provider, such as Mapquest or Cloudmade. Those are only two examples. I know other tile providers exist, but they're not coming to me at the moment.
