You really can't compare this. To control the trademark is the power to decide who has the right to call himself "Openstreetmap", while beeing the copyright holder of a logo which is licensed cc-by-sa simply gives you the right to be credited when your work is used (because you already gave anyone the right to use your work without any royalties).
