trac is the same for all of OSM: http://trac.openstreetmap.org/ . Make sure to select "potlatch2" as the component. And only set the priority to "critical" if it causes your computer to catch fire or "major" if it deletes whole cities from OSM without any human intervention whatsoever. :) Source code is in git these days: my repository is at https://github.com/systemed/potlatch2 .
