Since taginfo is case sensitive, you'd want to check this also:
http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/fixme#values
(including 19,000 comically misspelt "stream_attibutes_missing").
On the wider point though, surely "fixme=<anything>" means "someone
needs to actually go there and do a survey"?
It doesn't really matter if the text of the fixme is one of the 241,000
"set_better_denotation" or the 1 "survey_and_continue", the required
action in each case is the same.
