The subject should rather say CT-acceptance status Garmin map, as the map is not based on ODbL compatibility but rather on CT-acceptance. ODbL compatibility is not implied by CT version 1.2.4 acceptance. Not because someone clicked "accept" fraudulently, but because its text doesn't really require it.
