I have attempted to contact user Sunny using the OSM messaging system. Sunny was an active user about 4 years ago. Since I haven't heard back, how do I know if their email address is still valid? Does OSM give a reject message if the message bounces?
One other question. Sunny added streets using TIGER data. (Imported?) If I replace the data, all the TIGER data goes away.
