That's because of the server maintenance. There's a problem though with re-opening the data pane once it's been closed. I have to reload the website to reopen it every time, otherwise it causes a 'null' is not an object @ openstreetmap-<hash>.js:128 (Safari) +1 for putting it back in the layer switcher.
