Notice the greyed-out ocean and the mis-aligned areas, coastline
Looking at the OSM-data itself using JOSM, there seems nothing wrong (other
than a few small mapping mishaps)
Furthermore, MapOSMatic, for example, creates perfectly good maps (including
edits I made to OSM after I first noticed the rendering issue).
In the past weeks, neither regular nor forced re-renderings of the map tiles
have solved the problem.
