Here '?' can be interpreted as 'if' and '+' as 'and'.
It's maybe more readable if you write "120; wet ? 80 ; wet+hgv ? 60"
With the recent increase in supposed experienced mappers failing to
understand even the most basic of tagging rules, I fear you all have an
uphill struggle in getting them to understand operators, bur I wish you
luck.
