Yes, I understand that. However, I don't think that the second article counts as a "right to reply", because the rebuttal is hidden at the bottom of a different article that is mainly about Google and Navitime, and the second article is not referenced from the first in a way that indicates that it contains a rebuttal of the contents of the first.
