OSRM made a layer that is visible in Geofabrik's Inspector here: tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=routing
It detects oneway streets that are dead ends, so you can't get out, streets that are islands, and simmilar topological errors. Unfortunately, it is only available in Europe. Janko
