hello, I developed an OSM based app on which big companys worked for years, e.g. volkswagen 1984, audi's travolution 2005-2008 and currently DLR (deutsches zentrum für luft- und raumfahrt). this application is called green light optimal speed advisory GLOSA and red light duration advisory RLDA. and the best of all is that it's cheap and globally applicable.
