I've noticed that recent featured images don't have the translated descriptions on their own description page: http://wiki.osm.org/File:Christmas_Island.png http://wiki.osm.org/File:HOT-Task-Manager-before-after-minova-kivu-rdc.png But many (not all) earlier images used to have them: http://wiki.osm.org/File:Forbidden_city_2012-01_cloudmade-fresh.png http://wiki.osm.org/File:Tokyo_2012_cloudmade_red.png I'm unsure whether or not this is related to your edits (is it just a certain template that needs to be added each time?), but it would be useful to put them there again imo.
