Are there any other appropriate databases? That is, something with the same form (an OSM database) for stuff related to the OSM project, but not containing actual OSM content. I'm thinking Wikipedia has talk pages, project pages, and meta.wikimedia.org; Stack Overflow has "meta" - would some kind of "meta" OSM database be appropriate?
