All, our project will include locally-stored OSM data on user's server,
accessed via TMS standard zoom, x, y conventions. I need a suitable
editor to apply changes to local-only data.
I've looked through http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Editing but I
didn't see anything that told me explicitly that the identified editor
was suitable for use with local server storage. (I'll guess that many
of these will do the job, but ... .)
By the nature of our project, it needs to be free and Open Source. Any
recommendations are highly appreciated.
