If you zoom in on the link you gave, the attribution changes to OSM (&
it's one of the few that lists it as ODbl).
Do you have a link to your home town edits? Are you saying your
amendments have only just started to render in mapquest? In my city (UK)
it's displaying data I added yesterday.
