Those two "piers" on the beach port are actually man_made=breakwater. They are used to shelter the beach from winds and waves. I would map them as an area, sharing the nodes of the coastline.
As for the beach, I would just draw an area around it, and tag it as a natural=beach. Maybe someone could say that it is a big slipway, but I wouldn't go so far.
