Per http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mechanical_Edit_Policy I'm proposing to edit about 250 uses of prior toilet tagging schemes to conform to the current scheme. This is documented at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mechanical_Edits/Bryce_C_Nesbitt
I propose to do this by placing the old tags into a TODO queue in JOSM, and looking at them one by one. The edits seem fairly clear. "pitlatrine=yes" for example maps cleanly to toilets:disposal=pitlatrine". "pitlatrine=no" is not quite as clear, but in most areas I intend to assume flush. Comments?
