You don't even have to know the region to see the "not so smart" decisions he makes. An edit like this [1] will just make sure the optician will no longer be found by a majority of OSM tools. It's in France so it will now show up as an "error" on Osmose (because of the semi-colon). So hopefully someone local will do something more sensible with it.
