Normally I use a point-and-shoot camera and a Garmin GPS 60Cx while mapping. I correlate the photos to the GPX using the time stamps in JOSM. Works great! I thought I would try my Galaxy S3 and let it geotag the photos taken with its camera with its GPS. What I got was five or six photos all at the exact same spot on the map, even though they were taken 100s of meters apart. This was followed by another group in a different location, and so on. The Galaxy's GPS was turned on, and I had a clear view of the sky. Any idea what went wrong and how to correct it next time?
