There are actually three thing you see on www.openstreetmap.org: the map data, the map tiles (rendering style), and the website itself. To report bugs in the map data, use the 'Add a note to the map' button. Issues in the rendering style can be reported on https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/issues.
