We have no place to talk about rendering, so if you want to talk about
it in general, Talk list seems to be the best place, but if we try to
reach agreement on some things related to a default style, even broad
ones, we just use the standard issues (like here:
https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/issues/1630 ).
