Yes, it appears they use MapQuest's Open tile service (based on OSM data)
as a layer on top of a Google Maps API map. Google Maps API does not allow
you to remove the Google attribution from their map, so I'm not surprised
the map is showing the Google logo.

A kindly-worded e-mail to MapMyRun with a pointer to OpenStreetMap's
copyright and attribution requirements would probably get you somewhere.
