This was my very first idea - spam filter - greylisting whatever ...
Interestingly my message via OSM did reach the recipient ... My
impression was that the from/envelope from of those mails are identical
to those from the changeset notifications.
I can confirm that all six changeset comments from you generated an
email that was successfully delivered to his mail provider.
