My favorite one is an optician which also sells Polish deli: http://www.23hq.com/dieterdreist/photo/7089481?album_id=4242149 I'd use several objects, if they are not distinguishable spatially I'd overlap them, e.g. by drawing an area and reuse it in a small multipolygon relation.
