Hi, you may check the work done by "La ville à vélo", a cycling club in France : they did a great job mapping all the cycling infrastructure in the city of Lyon. The result is both a map (http://carte.lavilleavelo.org) and data of good quality for routing engine (like http://geovelo.fr/#/lyon/)
