The dude didn't get it. generally, it might be ok from a legal point of view to put the attribution on a separate page (despite what we suggest/ required in the wiki), but it doesn't look well now: "CycleMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors, CC-BY-SA (http://www.openstreetmap.org)" as they refer explicitly to the data, this should be ODbL.
