Google just announced an android excellent app program [1]. One of those apps is Komoot [2], a hiking and cycling app which uses OSM. They don't hide the fact that they use OSM. It's clearly mentioned in their help suggestions.
I did leave a nice message requesting that they comply with our terms. Komoot appears to be a German company. Maybe someone in Germany can help out getting them to add attribution.
