Exactly the other way around: people love to create wiki pages and put some outlandish claims on them that have nothing to do with reality, leading to people that actually believe the nonsense to be frustrated (in this case people believing that the page in question was set up and is read by the admins).
Adding the warning on the page was calculated to set the expectations right, obviously we need to resort to more drastic measures, what about ADMINS HAVE NEVER READ THIS PAGE. ADDING ENTRIES TO THIS PAGE DOES EXACTLY NOTHING 1/2 :-) Am 26.11.2017 um 19:40 schrieb Max: > https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Spam/Report_user > > "Admins have never read this page, Adding entries to this page does > exactly nothing" > > LOL. someone was frustrated and desperate here. > > _______________________________________________ > talk mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk
