Hello, I'm trying to create map of Czech Republic with older versions of OSM data. No problem to proceed to 21.04.2009 (first v0.6 data) and with older (0.35 + --migrate) osmosis to 10.10.2007 (first v0.5 data). All data are from https://planet.openstreetmap.org/cc-by-sa/. I got in troubles when I want to go further in history:
- any recommendation for tool/app/etc to process v0.3 data (up to 01.05.2006 on planet/cc-by-sa) (and convert them to v0.6)? - is history before 01.05.2006 (easily) available (other archive or local source) (Europe or CZ would be enough)?
