First I’d like to remind you that this is an English language list, please stick to English and post esperanto on the esperanto lists. I’m not sure about the name key, although moving values from name to name:en seems ok, provided you are verifying that the value is indeed the common English name for the feature. Removing Wikipedia article tags is not ok IMHO, there doesn’t seem a benefit from this, just potential harm. There is no reason Wikipedia article tags must be in local language, generally the agreement is that the first mapper for the wikipedia tag chooses the specific article (in the language) that best refers to an object. Automatic edits like this must follow the appropriate guidelines by the way.
