hi, wer von euch hat cyrus laufen? Ich versuche jetzt seit zwei Tagen ihn zum Laufen zu bekommen. Ich habe ihn aus den Sourcen compiliert mit:
root@debian etc # ./configure --with-cyrus-user=cyrus --with-cyrus-group=mail --with-cyrus-prefix=/usr/local/cyrus --with-pwcheck=getspnam --with-auth=unix --without-notify --without-krb --with-tcl=/usr/local In /etc/inetd.conf steht: imap4 stream tcp nowait cyrus /usr/local/cyrus/bin/imapd imapd der Rest ist mit "#" ausgeschaltet. wenn ich dann ein: telnet localhost 143 mache, steht in der Log folgendes: Sep 26 09:58:16 debian imapd: could not getenv(CYRUS_SERVICE); exiting Laut FAQ von Cyrus soll man alle restlichen Eintr�ge in (x)inetd in seperate Files eintragen. Da bei mir aber nur imap l�uft (laufen soll), halte ich das f�r unn�tig. Q: I'm getting messages like: Jul 3 16:51:36 acadia imapd: could not getenv(CYRUS_SERVICE); exiting in my imapd.log file. What's wrong?
