Bringen die nenen Treiber was?
gibt es jetzt auch ein echtes Frambuffer modus f�r die GF (nicht VESA)
Hast Du VIVO, wenn ja l�uft das unter Linux?
Also append video=nvfb:XxY-XX@foo anstatt vga=742?
ich habe eine via kt266 Chipsatz und seit dem letzten Bios-update
wird auch der AGP 4x modus erkannt :
cat /proc/driver/nvidia/agp/host-bridge

Fast Writes: Supported
SBA: Supported
AGP Rates: 4x 2x 1x
Registers: 0x1f000213:0x00000112
leider l�uft mein System dann etwas instabil.
Mehr Power hat �brigens faswrite gebracht!

bei via solte man anstadt dem standard agpgart Modul den
von NVidia nehmen : Which driver it loads will be controlled by the NvAgp option in
the
Screen section of the XF86Config file:
Option "NvAgp" "0" ... disable AGP support
Option "NvAgp" "1" ... use NVAGP
Option "NvAgp" "2" ... use AGPGART
