eigendlich wollte ich nur den "hint" geben und nicht selbst die man-page aufschlagen.
nach sagenhaften 10 sekunden hatte ich die information .............
man XF86Config
suche nach "user" ... keine �bereinstimmung ....

NAME
XF86Config-4 - Configuration File for XFree86 4.x server
DESCRIPTION
XFree86 uses a configuration file called XF86Config for
its initial setup. This configuration file is searched
for in the following places when the server is started as
a normal user:
