some time ago I wrote an XPath 2 interpreter for (Free)Pascal. Never got
any love :(
Now I have added XQuery, might be more interesting...
It should support everything, except xml schemas, error codes and static
type checking, with
some extensions (e.g. pattern matching, objects, ...)
