The online lightning session of the international conference for free
and open source software developers and users, the Linux Vacation /
Eastern Europe, will take place on December 19, 2020. The event offers a
place for free software enthusiasts and professionals to meet and
exchange ideas in a friendly informal setting at the biggest FOSS event
in Belarus.

The conference beginning time is 15:15, Minsk time (which is UTC/GMT+3,
i.e. same as 12:15 GMT). The conference will use Jitsi Meet platform, so
any contemporary web browser will be enough to participate. The exact
link to join the conference will be available on the main page of the
https://lvee.org web site.

The conference will start with the following pre-announced talks:

* iThena Project: Distributed measurements and analysis of the global
Internet – BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing)

After this, there will be a lightning talks session. Registration of
lightning talks topics is not necessary, but you can write yourself down
on the  wiki page
