All you need to do is save your number as a contact, then send it as a
business card in a text message. remember that not all phones read business
cards. if the recipient's phone is a Nokia phone, then it should work fine.
I believe windows mobile will understand the business card. also, if the
recipient is using a symbian series40 phone, it may only read the number out
of the business card. a sighted colleague has had this happen when receiving
a card I sent him from several of my Nokia phones.

I hope this helps,

Subject: [Talks] Business Card?

I need to circulate my new phone number to the people I have put on my
contact list.
I have been told that the best way to do this is to send a business card.
I can see easily how to send the business card as an option in Contacts.

How do I set up the business card though??
At the moment, as far as I am aware, the phone is completely unaware of my
name for example.
I have gone through the phone settings wizard but could not find a relevant
area.

My version of the manual is again less than helpful, simply pointing to the
ability to send business cards as an option in contact, but not how to set
up the business card.

Again thanks for any help.
Without this list I am not sure I would have been able to muddle through so
far.

Regards

David Griffith
