Dear All, Please forgive the cross list posting, but I need to find out where we stand on this matter, to understand if Vodafone is coming good on their commitment and obligation.
For anyone not knowing yet, Vodafone has began a refund process for WFAccess license holders, to which existing license holders will receive between €300 and €500 per license held. read more at: http://access.wayfinder.com For now though I need to know two things... please do not reply to this list, but instead e-mail [email protected] Have you A had a refund confirmation confirming your entitlement yet and that the funds are on their way. B Have you been told that your activation code does not match or other...? Please send your messages to [email protected], indicating a yes or no to both questions....
