Thanks for that quick reply. Fortunately, I located a copy on my hard drive. Apparently, my techie friend was able to save a lot of my files when he reinstalled windows seven.

The link on the Nokia web site has been changed and we are having a problem finding the new link but we are working on it. You can go to the updater on
your pc and open it. If there is a new version availible it will give you
the option to download it. You don't have to have the phone connected to the
pc to do this, I just did it my self earlier.

I was attempting to retrieve the Nokia firmware updater app from
blindsea.com several times and kept getting the following error message:

"Whoops! That didn't go well. Try giving it another chance here:"

Then there is a search edit box and button and below that it says "powered
by google."

I never had a issue retrieving this app in the past.
