If you mute it, it will come back when the phone restart. If you disable Talks, it will not come back when the phone starts. Since you know where to find talks menu, it shouldn't be a problem for you because once you in talks menu, just wait a few second, talks will start to make sound. You Then can proceed to enable talks. However, if you do not enable it, talks will stop talking once you quit menu. hmmm tricky I know where talks is on the phone second last app installed but I don't know how many down-arrows the enable talks would be in the menus. In hindsight I should have just muted talks but was not sure if it would stay muted when the guy rebooted the phone.
