Did you check your product code on the Nokia web site to see what the latest
software update for that product code is? Being you have a U S A phone,
there may not be any updates available for it. This is a common practus for
Nokia U S A phones. They normally do not get any software updates or when
they do, they are one or more versions out of date compared to the over seas
models.
In my thoughts this is something Nokia needs to address if they really want
to compete in the U S A market.

I didn't get any feedback regarding my issue that when I tried to update my
e66 it said that I had the latest (v3.2) firmwear. On the web it states
there is a v5 update for the e66. I still would like to know what is going
