Dear All, I'm contacting you with regards to the gross lack of two way communication between yourselves as Wayfinder Access users, and Vodafone, the company which has committed to part-refunding you, and to co-operate in that process. Whilst I cannot give specific information, and I am unwilling to identify myself, I feel it important that you are all offered the opportunity of reporting your frustrations and experiences to the powers that be, and as such offer you the following publically available e-mail address and name. It would be my hope that you can write to this individual and highlight the difficulties that you are experiencing, please be polite and also clear about the problems you are having. I recommend that you focus on the lack of direct communication with the team involved in the refund process, that they are not replying to e-mail communications, that they are apparently not responding in a timely fashion to comments left against individual applications, That the application process itself appears to be taking an inordinate time to clear, that during the process users have little way of knowing what is happening, that applications seem not to be being managed in order of receipt, that calling the call centre, either doesn't work, and when it does it is expensive to ring, that staff on the phone line speak poor English and NEVER, return calls or messages via e-mail, feel free to add other grievances.
