OK! In that case, you have to do something different to get the caller ID on
the touch screen. Pressing SoftKey2 will not do it. Try swyping your finger
from Right to left on the screen when it is ringing. If that doesn't work,
try going from Left to right. I do recall touch screen phones are different
when getting the caller ID while the phone is ringing. If there is a keylock
button on the phone, try using it to unlock the phone while it is ringing.
Then do a Talks followed with a volume up button to see what happens.
Hopefully some of these ideas will work for you. If one of them work, please
let us know what ones worked.

Yes, it is a touchscreen, those keys will only appear when I activate the
virtual keypad. If I slide the Qwerty keypad out, it answers the call.

Does the C6 that you are using have a touch screen? After you got the
ring tone to stop playing, try doing a Talks up arrow to read the current
line or Talks select to read the screen or Talks pound/hash/number to
reread the last ting spoken.

Soft key 2; is that normally at the top right? used for exit and done if

the phone book.
I tried this, but it does not work when touchpad is locked and unlocking
stops the ringing.
The 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen are call; talks/menu key and
the
hang up key.
