I found it on the Baum German language support page

You should be able to find:
TBI (Talks Braille Interface)
and there is a download link just below that.
The direct download link is:
http://download.baum-retec.info/pms/tbi/driver/BAUM_TBI60_3rd_3.1.4.zip
If you have another braille driver on your phone you might need to
remove that one first in order to get this one to install.

I have Talks version 5-01 installed on an N86 with the Braille Connect
12 display.
I have the TBI driver from Baum installed which is giving me grade 1
computer Braille.
I would like to have grade 2 if possible.
